The group coaching sessions are held every other week. There will be 3 online group coaching sessions. Each session will last for 3 hours (180 min). You are also getting a workbook, weekly tasks & tips. You will be also added to a private Facebook group where you can find support from me & your groupmates, as well as build useful connections.
BONUS: 1 Q&A session during the last week of the program to support you even more, 3 guided meditations to open up your subconscious mind& surprise bonus for all the participants!
The Group Coaching Program is 1 month long & is held fully online.
In my Group Coaching I share tips from coaching & psychotherapy. We will dive deep into the understanding, what is self-love individually for each of you & how each of you can support yourself by providing the self-love. There will be a lot of practical tips, as well as deep group work with your mindset, emotions, thoughts, body and lifestyle.
