My Method

Why Coaching?

Coaching for me is an empowering tool. It has so much compassion & yet it helps a coachee to focus on desired future & accelerate successful results. I like coaching because it is about responsibility & actions. Yes, one could work on childhood traumas & blocks for years, but if a person does not have a clear vision of desired future, if a person does not take action, all that deep inner work makes no sense. It fascinates me how much power & potential is within a person! And coaching helps to highlight this truth to a coachee because quite often people think of themselves less than they really are. Coaching does not teach & does not have ready-to-go answers. And that is the beauty of coaching for me. All the answers are already inside a coachee. You know, we all have that inner wisdom. Sometimes it sleeps. Sometimes we suppress our wishes too much. And coaching helps to wake the wisdom up & listen to it. Coaching helps you to finally feel free & say it out loud: “Yes, I want to have a great life! And I can create it! I can do it!”

It was 2012 when I first heard about coaching. Back then I have been already studying Psychology at my university, as well as have finished several courses on personal development on the side. I have been already giving personal & group consultations on personal growth. However, I felt that I was missing something more strategic, more clear & grounded. I saw speakers & coaches of that time on webinars & courses I was attending. In 2013 I decided that coaching is a useful tool & I really want to learn it. So I did. I finished a complete course on Professional Coaching, specialized in Life Coaching, Business Coaching & Corporate Coaching. I got the ICF- recognized certificate. However, my journey into studying coaching did not finish then. After that, I finished courses on leadership, time management, wellness coaching, and others. I also wanted to learn some tools that work on deeper levels, for example when there are limiting beliefs or traumas in the past. Thus I dived into hypnosis, NLP, psychology & psychotherapy.
